We are seeking a General Dentist to provide maternity leave coverage at a busy, well-established outpatient dental clinic in Maryville, Illinois, This locum tenens assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and the opportunity to practice full-scope general dentistry with strong clinical and administrative support.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a provider looking for predictable hours, a supportive team environment, and a broad mix of procedures while maintaining work-life balance.

Schedule & Assignment Details

  • Shifts: Day shifts only

  • Call: None

  • Weekends: None

Weekly Schedule

  • Tuesdays: 7:45am 6:00pm

  • Wednesdays: 6:45am 5:00pm

  • Thursdays: 6:45am 3:00pm

  • Fridays: 6:45am 2:00pm

Practice Setting & Work Environment

  • Facility Type: Outpatient Dental Clinic

  • EMR: Dentrix

  • Patient Population: Adult patients with some cooperative pediatric cases

  • Support Staff: Fully staffed clinical and administrative support

Scope of Practice & Procedures

  • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

  • Full and partial dentures

  • Root canals

  • Simple and surgical extractions

  • Hygiene checks

  • Invisalign

  • Implant placement and implant restoration

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Wave One Rotary system experience

  • Invisalign experience
