Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle daily activity. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for multiple companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Compute daily profit and loss
  • Work closely with owner to finalize daily billing
  • Pay monthly sales tax
  • Administrative office duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience with Quickbooks online
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
