Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Midway Staffing is hiring a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse environment in Houston, TX. This position involves general warehouse duties, forklift operation, inventory handling, and RF scanning. We are looking for candidates with forklift experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and available to start immediately.

Location: Houston Texas 77038
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Start Date: 09/17/2026

Essential Duties

• Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and organize materials
• Use RF scanners to accurately track and process inventory
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipping
• Load and unload products and materials
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• RF scanning experience preferred
• Comfortable performing warehouse labor throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Steel toe shoes/boots required
• Must be available to start immediately
