Job Description
This role focuses on operating forklifts to safely handle high-end treadmills and other materials in a neat, clean manufacturing environment. You support daily warehouse operations by maneuvering sit-down forklifts through tight spaces, performing shipping and receiving tasks, and handling inventory and packaging activities. The position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move high-end treadmills and other materials safely through tight and confined spaces.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including order picking, packing, and staging products for shipment.
- Support inventory processes by organizing, counting, and tracking materials to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload products efficiently while following all safety procedures and equipment handling guidelines.
- Carry out general labor tasks in the warehouse as needed to support smooth daily operations.
- Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, ensuring safe handling practices and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with manufacturing and warehouse standards.
- Follow established workflows and instructions to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to coordinate material flow and resolve issues quickly.
Skills
- Proficiency operating sit-down forklifts in tight spaces with a strong focus on safety.
- Experience with material handling, including loading, unloading, and moving products throughout a warehouse.
- Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling paperwork and verifying shipments.
- Ability to perform inventory-related tasks such as counting, organizing, and tracking materials.
- Capability to perform picking and packing duties with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and perform warehouse tasks on your feet.
- Reliability and consistency in following safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Work Environment
The role is based in a neat, clean manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and organization. You work primarily on first shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., handling high-end treadmills and other materials using forklifts and standard warehouse equipment. The setting is relaxed yet productive, with clearly defined processes and expectations, and a layout that requires careful forklift maneuvering through tight spaces.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
