Finance Controller

Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary of $180k + Bonus (DOE)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected international professional services organization to identify a Finance Controller. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering significant visibility to executive leadership and the ability to influence both strategic and operational decision-making across the business.

The Finance Controller will lead the accounting and financial operations function, oversee a remote accounting team, and serve as a key business partner to leadership as the organization continues its growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and financial operations activities
Manage and develop a remote accounting team
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business planning
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams across the organization
Assist with organizational growth initiatives and scaling efforts

Ideal Background

CPA REQUIRED
Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
Experience managing and developing accounting teams
