Field Service Technician (Training Provided)

Our client is a growing, Richmond-based provider of bottleless water and ice-making equipment. They are currently hiring a Field Service Technician/Installer to service business customers across Virginia. No plumbing or mechanical background needed - we'll train you. What matters most: a great attitude, a clean driving record, and genuine customer service skills.

Pay: $20-$25/hour to start, with pay increases based on performance - most techs grow their pay within the first few months.

What You'll Do:

• Start each morning in Richmond, review service tickets, and load the company truck (tools and vehicle provided)
• Travel to business customers across Virginia to install and maintain water filtration systems
• Perform basic hookups, similar to connecting a refrigerator water line - full training provided
• Troubleshoot simple issues and represent the company professionally, face-to-face with customers

What We're Looking For:

• Great attitude - dependable, positive, and coachable
• Clean driving record (valid license, no moving violations in last 5 years); no CDL or forklift certification needed
• Comfortable talking with customers face-to-face - customer service, route, delivery, or retail experience is a plus
• Willing to learn - no plumbing or mechanical experience required
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and bend/climb throughout the day
• Available Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, starting from Richmond
