Fiberglass Technician

Fiberglassing Technician Job Responsibilities include the following but is not limited to:

• Identifying cracks and cosmetic flaws.
• Prep fiberglass, resins, and damaged areas for repair.
• Shape and smooth edges to match contour perfectly.
• Mix gel coat catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces.
• Buff and polish repaired areas.

We are currently seeking employees with the following qualifications:

• Ability to operate small to large equipment.
• Knowledge of marine products, resins, and associated hardware preferred.
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork, Integrity, and Passion as we are continuously moving forward, innovating, and improving in the trade.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work 40-hour work weeks.
