Family-Centered Program Manager Position

Key Responsibilities: • Direct program planning and service delivery protocols • Liaise with MCFD and manage special projects • Recruit and evaluate personnel in interdisciplinary teams • Address conflicts constructively to enhance team dynamics • Develop new programs based on community feedback Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3-5 years in healthcare or social service management • Experience with dual diagnoses and challenging behaviours • Knowledge of Indigenous practices impacting child development • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Support children and families with your leadership in program management at Pacific Coast Children's Resources.
