• Do you have 3-5 years experience with building maintenance?
• Do you have an overall complete fundamental knowledge with all building equipment?
• Are you familiar with basic electrical and HVAC repairs?
• Do you have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail?
• Does working in a fast-paced, demanding environment sound exciting?
