Facilities Project Manager Role

Your main responsibility will be to manage complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with a diverse technical team, manage contracts, and maintain detailed project records for accountability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee project delivery from design to close-out • Prepare detailed project plans and budgets • Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Research and implement cost estimating best practices Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering • Required professional licensure (OAA, P.Eng or C.E.T) • Minimum four years of relevant project management experience • Strong knowledge of industry building codes and standards • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software Contribute to transformative infrastructure initiatives at the University of Waterloo, utilizing your expertise in project management and design coordination.
