POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the daily operations of the Facilities Department by
supervising maintenance personnel, managing facility assets and building systems, ensuring regulatory
compliance, coordinating contractors and projects, and supporting preventive maintenance initiatives.
Ensures facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering high-quality service to staff,
residents, and visitors.


Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED. Associate's degree preferred. 3-5 years of facilities
    or maintenance experience.
  • .2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS systems
    preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.First Aid/CPR. Facilities Management
    certifications.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
