Experienced Commercial Carpenter

We are a commercial construction company that specializes in office building remodels and new constructions. While we value candidates with residential building experience, applicants for this position must have prior experience in interior commercial construction, specifically working with metal studs, cabinet installation, and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches accurately and lay out work accordingly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in metal stud framing with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Walk on stilts and install ACT ceilings.
- Construct window frames, doors, staircases, and install hardware.
- Finish drywall as needed.

Skills:
- Proven experience as a carpenter.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry materials, especially metal studs.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, methods of installation, and construction.
- Proficient in using both electrical and manual tools and measurement devices (e.g., powered saws, hammers, rulers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong commitment to following safety guidelines at all times.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tardiness and absences will not be tolerated.
