You'll be the friendly face of the community-turning tours into move-ins and creating great experiences for future residents.

What You'll Do

Give engaging apartment tours
Answer calls, emails, and leasing inquiries
Follow up with prospects and assist with applications
Keep up with pricing, availability, and community updates
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and motivated team player
Sales or leasing experience is a plus
Bilingual skills and LIHTC experience are a bonus
