Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for opportunities in the Tallahassee area!

We are looking for a professional, energetic, customer-focused individual with previous multifamily apartment leasing experience. Candidates must understand the leasing process and be comfortable working in a fast-paced apartment community.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents

Conduct property and apartment tours

Follow up with prospects and generate leases

Process rental applications and supporting documentation

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Answer phones and respond to emails

Assist with resident concerns and work with the management team

Maintain accurate leasing and resident information

Support community marketing and resident retention efforts

Requirements:

Previous apartment leasing experience is REQUIRED

Strong customer service and sales skills

Professional communication and phone skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with apartment/property management software is preferred

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Ability to provide excellent service to residents and prospects
