Escrow Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Open and process new escrow and title files upon receipt of executed contracts
• Review purchase contracts and lender instructions for accuracy and completeness
• Order and track title commitments, payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, and other required items
• Clear title requirements and resolve title issues in coordination with escrow officers and underwriters
• Communicate proactively with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams regarding file status
• Manage deadlines to ensure timely closings and fundings
• Review files for accuracy prior to closing and disbursement
• Assist with post-closing tasks, including recording follow-up and policy issuance

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Title or Escrow Processor preferred
• Colorado Notary
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and escrow processes
• Familiarity with title insurance, settlement procedures, and lender requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in title/escrow software systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Work Environment

• Office-based
• Full-time position with standard business hours 8-5, Monday through Friday
