Electrical Superintendent 1+Yrs, Journeyman 1+Yrs, Apprentices

Superintendent/ Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and enforce safety protocols across the construction site
• Supervise subcontractors and helpers, providing guidance on best practices in construction management and site safety
• Plan material labor to meet project schedule in advance

Journeyman/Apprentice Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman electrician license with at least one year of relevant field experience is preferred; apprentices or helpers must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards including OSHA certifications
• Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters
