Electrical Journeyman

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment malfunctions
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and apprentices on job sites
• Inspect and test electrical components using meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools

Requirements:

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician license STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and California electrical regulations
• Proficiency in conduit installation, load calculations, and panel wiring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on active job sites
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor
