We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with a strong background in healthcare construction and medical imaging environments. This individual will lead teams of 2-6 electricians on projects at hospitals throughout the Greater San Antonio area.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in Cath labs, PET scans, MRI suites, X-ray rooms, and other sensitive medical environments. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations and upgrades while working in active hospitals, requiring professionalism, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate effectively around patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise small crews on hospital renovation and upgrade projects
• Ensure work meets quality standards, schedules, and healthcare-specific requirements
• Coordinate with hospital staff, project managers, and clients to minimize disruption to operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in healthcare or medical facilities
• Familiarity with hospital systems, infection control, and working in occupied medical spaces
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent client relations and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have a journeyman or master electrician license!
