Electrical Assembler

Cast Aluminum Solutions is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support its production operations in Batavia, IL. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical and electronic components using hand tools and basic equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with soldering, wiring, and reading blueprints and will be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Location: Batavia, Illinois
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform soldering and wiring as required during the assembly process.
- Assemble products manually using hand tools and basic machine tools.
- Test finished products prior to packaging to ensure proper functionality and quality.
- Ensure the correct materials and components are available to support production needs.
- Complete device history records and daily production logs accurately.
- Inspect work for quality and report any issues or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
- Previous experience with soldering and electrical wiring.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, technical instructions, and specifications.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
