We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler with a strong background in industrial control panel wiring and 3-phase electrical systems. This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for building, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting large electrical control panels used in custom-built machinery and automation equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial electrical assembly or panel-wiring experience and is comfortable working independently from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and wire industrial electrical control panels from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform 3-phase electrical wiring for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Route, bundle, label, and terminate wiring neatly and accurately.
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires using appropriate electrical tools.
• Install and wire electrical components including:
• • Circuit breakers
  • Relays
  • Transformers
  • Terminal blocks
  • Switches
  • PLCs
  • Motor starters
  • Other industrial control components
• Perform point-to-point wiring according to electrical schematics.
• Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing on completed assemblies.
• Use multimeters and other electrical testing equipment to verify proper operation.
• Troubleshoot wiring, component, and assembly issues.
• Assist with control-panel layout and component placement as needed.
• Follow applicable electrical standards and safe wiring practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or closely related experience required.
• Hands-on experience working with 3-phase electrical systems required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience building and wiring industrial control panels.
• Understanding of point-to-point wiring and electrical termination.
• Comfortable using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and wiring issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical electrical training or certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience

Experience with large or complex control-panel builds, PLC wiring, motor controls, custom machinery, automation equipment, and electrical troubleshooting is highly desirable.

Safety & Dress Requirements

• Steel-toed footwear required.
• Regular manufacturing PPE must be worn as required.
• Must follow all company electrical and workplace safety procedures.
