The Electrical Apprentice supports the Journeyman by assisting with various electrical tasks primarily in oil and gas facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial plants. This role involves hands-on experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, troubleshooting, and maintenance while adhering to safety standards and working closely with a Journeyman.

Responsibilities

  • Install conduit systems according to project specifications
  • Pull wiring through conduits safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Assist Journeyman with daily electrical tasks and projects
  • Maintain and care for tools and equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations
  • Conduct electrical testing under supervision
  • Participate in local site visits as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in electrical work
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
