Key Responsibilities: • Guide day-to-day operations of the VP, LRS Office • Oversee team management and governance materials preparation • Develop strategic plans and operational priorities • Manage the annual budgeting process effectively • Foster collaboration across all divisional portfolios Requirements: • University degree required; CPA preferred • 7-10 years in senior administrative roles • Experience in complex organizational management • Strong financial management and policy development skills • Proven effectiveness in leadership and team mentoring Drive the transformation of operations, strategy, and administration at the University of Toronto.
