Defence & Dual-Use Program Manager

Be a key player at Communitech as a Program Manager for Defence and Dual-Use initiatives. This role focuses on partnership building, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement while being based in Kitchener, Ontario. As the Program Manager, you'll oversee Communitech's Defence and Dual-Use program, ensuring successful execution of projects like NATO DIANA and the Dual Use Summit. Your expertise in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives will be essential for achieving program goals, budgets, and deliverables while strengthening relationships within the defence innovation ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Lead delivery of NATO DIANA programs with stakeholder satisfaction • Manage relationships with government, industry, and academic partners • Connect participants to resources and opportunities for growth • Monitor performance, address risks, and conduct reporting • Represent Communitech at defence innovation events and meetings Requirements: • 5+ years in program management with multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of Canada's defence innovation and dual-use ecosystems • Experience with government-funded projects is preferred • Strong relationship management and communication skills • Familiarity with Waterloo Region's tech ecosystem is a plus Drive impactful initiatives in defence and innovation with Communitech in Kitchener.
