A Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA. This is an autonomous practice with a supportive team environment and a diverse case mix, covering travel expenses and providing lodging.

Schedule:
  • 4 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts

Call:
  • Potentially 1 weekday call per week
  • Approximately 1 weekend call per month
  • Must be proficient in OB if taking call

Practice Setting:
  • Critical Access Hospital
  • 3 ORs + Cystoscopy Room + Endoscopy Suite
  • 1 MD and 4 CRNAs (CRNAs practice autonomously)
  • Anesthesia typically covers 2 4 rooms per day
  • Average daily case volume: 5 20 cases (including endoscopy and cataracts)
  • EMR: Epic
Case Mix:
  • Orthopedics
  • General surgery
  • Podiatry
  • ENT
  • Healthy pediatrics
  • Urology
  • OB/GYN
  • Occasional endoscopy
  • No heads, hearts, or spine cases

Required Skills & Procedures:
  • Spinals
  • Epidurals
  • OB anesthesia
  • Peripheral nerve blocks
  • Ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Endoscopy
  • PICC line experience preferred (not required)

Requirements:
  • Active Oregon CRNA license required
  • Board Certification required
  • DEA preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption)
  • New graduates welcome
