Work Dates Needed: Projected start date 08-01-2026 - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. We would like a provider who can cover at least 2 weeks or more a month. Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day - OT to apply after 8 hours per day. No Call Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift: 8; Ventilation management; Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues; Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurosurgical cases, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Pain management techniques, Central Line placement, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, Adult and Pediatric Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license and CA DEA; BLS, ACLS, and PALS, BC or BE EMR: EPIC
