NOW HIRING - HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION / CONCRETE WORKERS

Express Employment Professionals is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals for a heavy-duty construction/concrete production position.

THIS IS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK!
You must be comfortable working hard, being on your feet for long periods, and working in an industrial/construction environment.

Job Duties May Include:
Preparing concrete forms and production beds
Working with rebar and steel
Tying rebar and assisting with form setup
️ Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
Using hand and power tools
Heavy lifting and physical labor
Cleaning forms and work areas
️ Working in hot, outdoor/non-climate-controlled conditions

What We're Looking For:
Construction, concrete, rebar, carpentry, or heavy labor experience preferred
Comfortable with 10-14 hour workdays when needed
Able to perform repetitive lifting and physical work
Reliable transportation
Must be dependable and able to report to work on time
Must be comfortable working outdoors and in the heat

Job Location: Sandston, VA
