Job Description:

  • Arrives early to open shop and prepare for the day to start work at opening
  • Directed focus of priority forms to strip/pour (ordered/sold) and stock
  • Strip and yard (seal if necessary) finished products
  • Oil (rebar if necessary) stripped forms
  • Operate forklifts
  • Load customers by hand or with forklift
  • Assist accomplishing miscellaneous processes
  • Clean work area
  • Communicate need for restock of low supplies weekly
  • Operate concrete mixer and cranes
  • Closes up shop at the end of day


Hard Skills:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly with good body mechanics
  • Read and use tape measure
  • Able to use various hand and power tools
  • Able to perform simple math and geometry
