Compliance Partner for Payroll Operations

Join our team as a Compliance Partner focusing on payroll operations. This role involves managing multi-state tax registrations and supporting documentation processes to ensure compliance. As a Payroll Operations & Compliance Partner, you will have at least two years of experience in payroll, HR compliance, and HRIS management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining employer tax accounts and ensuring the availability of accurate documentation. Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Manage employer tax registrations for new jurisdictions • Support maintenance of essential employee documentation • Track and monitor compliance and reporting deadlines • Prepare for and assist with tax audits • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees Requirements: • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred • Minimum 2 years in payroll or HR compliance roles • Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems • Strong Excel and organizational abilities Play a critical role in the payroll compliance landscape and drive operational excellence at our organization.
