Commercial Service Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service & Repair Plumber capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties.

This is a service-focused role, not new construction.

You must be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and documenting work professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose plumbing issues in commercial buildings
  • Repair leaks, valves, fixtures, water heaters, drains, piping
  • Perform troubleshooting and system inspections
  • Communicate findings clearly to office and customers
  • Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities
  • Complete electronic service reports with photos
  • Maintain professional appearance and customer service attitude

Requirements

  • 5+ years plumbing service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Experience in commercial environments preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to use mobile service software
  • Professional communication skillsAt least 5 year's experience

Must have a clean driver's license record or minimal points

Must have knowledge in running sewer cleaning equipment

Eligible to work in the USA

Must be computer literate A MUST
