Commercial Service Electrician - $25-$29/hr - DOE

We are looking for experienced Service Electricians to join our team and support commercial and residential electrical service projects throughout the San Antonio area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to customers and clients.

Responsibilities

•

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.

•

Perform electrical service calls and identify the cause of electrical issues.

•

Install, repair, and replace electrical components, fixtures, breakers, panels, outlets, switches, and wiring.

•

Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

•

Perform electrical testing and use meters and other diagnostic equipment.

•

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes.

•

Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

•

Complete service documentation, work orders, and timecards accurately.

•

Follow all company and job-site safety requirements.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience as a Service Electrician or Commercial Electrician.

•

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•

Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical code requirements.

•

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.

•

Comfortable working independently and communicating with customers.

•

Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools.

•

Ability to work in various environments and travel to different job sites as needed.

•

OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

•

Valid Texas electrical license or applicable registration is preferred.

Compensation:

Competitive starting pay $25 -$29/hr or depending on experience
