Job Title: Commercial Electrician
Location: Greenwood, SC
Type: Contract
Compensation: $24-$30/hr
Work Model: Onsite - onsite

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial facilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to lead electrical teams effectively
• Manage workflow, allocate resources, and communicate progress with project managers and clients
• Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, company standards, and customer expectations
• Enforce safety policies, including LOTO, PPE, and job hazard analysis, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Document work completed, material usage, and punch-list items accurately

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial electrician or relevant supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical best practices
• Ability to bend and run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels/devices with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in reading prints and following job specifications
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Must pass background and drug screening as required
• State electrical license or documented apprenticeship completion (preferred)
• OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred)
• Experience with service work, troubleshooting, generators, UPS, or controls (preferred)
• Experience working in occupied facilities such as retail, healthcare, industrial, offices, or schools (preferred)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in ceilings or crawl spaces, and stand for extended periods
