CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer / Milling & Lathe Machinist Join a growing, well-established tube and metal distributor in Central New Jersey known for precision, quality, and a strong team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to ensure accurate production Adjust tooling, speeds, and machining processes to maintain quality and efficiency Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure a safe, organized work environment Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of CNC machining experience with milling and lathe operations Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code and proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and apply GD&T principles Experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.) Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with 3D CAD modeling and advanced CAM programming Exposure to 4-axis and 5-axis machining Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year Take the next step in your machining career-apply today to join a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and growth!
