CNC Mill Setup Operator 2nd Shift

Summary: A precision manufacturing company for the aerospace industry is looking to hire a 2nd shift CNC Mill Setup/Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating 5-axis mills to manufacture parts with tight tolerances. You will work with DMG Mori machines, equipped with Zoller laser setting and Fanuc controls. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts to exact specifications. Interpret and work from blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT). Monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in CNC mill setup and operation Proficient in interpreting blueprints Flexibility to work night shift (2:30pm - 11pm or 3:30pm - 12am) Preferred qualifications: Aerospace machining background Proficiency with Fanuc controls and Zoller laser setting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GDT Familiarity with DMG Mori machines is a plus.
