CNC Machine Programmer/Operator

Our client in the New Kensington, PA area is seeking a CNC Machine Operator/Programmer. -Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment -Program and edit CNC programs using G-code -Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T -Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments -Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools -Troubleshoot machining and programming issues -Maintain production efficiency and quality standards -Follow all safety procedures and company policies -2+ years of CNC setup and programming experience -Experience with: Haas Mazak Mori Seiki Puma lathes -Strong understanding of CNC machining practices -Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments -Technical school or machining background preferred -Live tooling and multi-axis machining experience preferred -CAD/CAM programming -Production machining environment experience By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
