CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup/Operator

Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist - Setup/Programmer Marketing Message Join a growing, ISO-certified high-tech manufacturing company in Northern New Jersey producing precision components. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes including prove-out, first-piece inspection, and in-process checks Select tooling, define parameters, and maintain machine performance and reliability Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate production and inspection documentation Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of CNC lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC setup, editing, and G & M code programming Ability to machine various materials including stainless steel and other metals Proficiency in blueprint reading with GD&T and use of precision measurement tools Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Mastercam and multi-axis machining (2D/3D) Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and OSHA safety practices Compensation $25-$26 per hour, plus opportunities for growth within a stable and expanding organization.
