Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager - Houston, TX

Our client is seeking a Texas-licensed Civil PE with 5+ years of experience to join their growing Houston team. This position will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects from design through completion, working closely with clients, municipalities, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage civil engineering projects including site development, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and calculations
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and other consultants
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
  • Assist with business development and client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Texas PE license required
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Experience with land development, drainage, utilities, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Strong communication, project management, and technical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
