Practice Details:

15 Main ORs + 4 ASC suites
Supervised model MD:CRNA ratio 1:4 (1:2 cardiac)
Adult, Geriatric & 16+ patient population
Full support: scrub techs, RN circulators, anesthesia techs
Blocks not required
Trauma Level II
Travel fully reimbursed

Locum, locum-to-perm, and perm candidates all considered

Requirements:
NBCRNA certified
Active New York license (highly preferred)
NPDB Self-Query within same month at submission
Clean malpractice history
