Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $218.59
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care in a tertiary hospital setting supporting patients aged 12+
- Support a care team model with 4:1 patient-to-staff ratio
- Perform pre-op assessments and monitor anesthesia during procedures
- Support specialized procedures within the scope of practice (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, epidurals, or spinals)
- Support staff with room turnover and supplies
- Respond to occasional call shifts, including weekend beeper call and weeknight call, as required
- Support care for complex cases in a Level III facility using Epic EMR
What You Need:
- Active MN RN and CRNA licenses
- ACLS/BLS certification (Tier 2 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
- Ability to work at least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
