CRNA - 3 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off - Olney, Illinois
- Seeking CRNA for full-time and PRN opportunities
- 3-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule
- One required weekend call, Friday through Sunday
- Current team consists of 1 physician and 3 CRNAs
- 1:3 call for 24-hour OB coverage
- Additional call pay available
- Primary work location is a 25-bed Critical Access facility
- Facility serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties and more than 109,000 individuals
- More than 1,400 surgical visits in 2021
- Comprehensive surgical services include General Surgery, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Urological, and Podiatric cases
- Comprehensive benefits package and premium compensation structure
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- Current Illinois CRNA license
- Ability to provide 24-hour OB call coverage
- Comfortable practicing in a Critical Access facility setting
- Interest in a broad surgical case mix
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, CRNAs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Employed position with a financially sound, integrated health system
- Full-time and PRN opportunities available
