• Earn $0.50 to $0.70 per mile, based on experience.
• Paid trial days.
• Paid training.
• Weekly earnings ranging from $750 to $3,500, depending on miles driven and company compensation programs. Safety Bonus
  • $1,200 Quarterly Safety Bonus for drivers who maintain an excellent safety record and comply with all company policies. Drive Modern EquipmentAt Leon Logistics, we continuously invest in our fleet to provide our drivers with the safest and most efficient equipment. Our fleet includes:
    • Modern, well-maintained equipment.
    • Trailers equipped with liftgates for safer and more efficient deliveries.
    • Electric and manual pallet jacks provided for unloading. Job Responsibilities
      • Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes.
      • Transport refrigerated and frozen food products, including beef, poultry, pork, seafood, and other protein products.
      • Handle boxed freight weighing up to 80 pounds.
      • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
      • Accurately complete all DOT and company-required documentation.
      • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop.
      • Comply with all company, DOT, and FMCSA safety regulations. Qualifications
        • Valid CDL Class A License.
        • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
        • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
        • Strong work ethic and reliability.
        • Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
