TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term flexible position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 per hour, plus overtime
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Long-term flex
• Route: Dedicated local delivery route
• Home daily

Job Details

• Route type: Local day routes
• Stops: Approximately 8-10 stops per route
• Freight: Paper and packaging freight
• Handling: Light-touch, touch, and no-touch routes
• Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment on local delivery routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Deliver freight safely and professionally
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Electronic logging device experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred
