This local CDL A Driver role is based in Carlsbad, California and pays $27.00 per hour. You will run assigned tractor-trailer routes with light touch freight and work Monday through Friday. What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local routes.
  • Complete deliveries with varying routes and daily stops.
  • Handle light touch freight for deliveries to vendors.
  • Safely and frequently enter and exit the cab and rear cargo area.
  • Lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and report safety or mechanical concerns.
What You Need
  • Valid CDL A
  • 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
  • Current non-excepted interstate DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
