Carpentry Production Associate

We are proud to partner with a trade-skill-based company known throughout the region as the builder for custom crate and shipping needs!

SCHEDULE: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Flexibility in working overtime and weekends is required.

PAY: $18.50 /hour

DUTIES:

• Associates will assist in building custom wooden crates to specific measurements.
• Learn other aspects of the job and be able to transition easily between projects and tasks.
• Maneuver up to 75 lbs assisted and consistently lift & move up to 40 lbs alone.
• Have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and confidence.
• Be reliable and show up on time and consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of consistent, recent work history with an excellent attendance record.
• Experience in using woodworking tools such as nail guns, skill saws, and pneumatics, with the ability to read and use a tape measure
• Ideal candidates will have experience in wood production or manufacturing environments with deadline expectations.
• The ability to read blueprints is a plus
