About the Role
We are looking for a dependable Cable Assembler to join our team. You will prepare, assemble, and inspect wire and cable products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and prepare wire and cable products
  • Keep work areas clean and safe
  • Assist coworkers and follow supervisor instructions
  • Report issues or defects and correct them as needed
  • During any downtime, identify and complete any tasks necessary to maintain smooth production operations
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior assembly or related experience is helpful
  • Strong math, measurement, and organizational skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as required

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
