Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor (2 to less than 3 years of experience) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position no remote work option.

Job Duties:
-Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers engaged in aluminum siding, cladding and related building installation, repair and maintenance work.
-Establish work methods and schedules and coordinate work activities with subcontractors and other trades.
-Review project requirements, drawings and specifications in order to organize work and assign duties to workers.
-Monitor work progress, productivity and workmanship to ensure work is completed according to company standards and project requirements.
-Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
-Requisition and coordinate materials, tools, equipment and supplies required for ongoing work.
-Train and instruct workers in job duties, installation methods, safety procedures and company policies.
-Ensure applicable workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures are followed.
-Prepare and maintain work-progress and project-related reports.
-Recommend personnel actions where appropriate.
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of apprentices, installers, helpers and labourers and provide practical direction to less experienced workers.
