We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day financial record keeping across three companies.

This role is focused on keeping our books accurate, organized, and up to date so we have clear visibility into where money is going.

Responsibilities include:

• Entering and categorizing transactions accurately
• Tracking receipts and expenses
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and loans monthly
• Maintaining clean books across multiple companies
• Assisting with accounts payable and tracking bills
• Flagging anything that looks incorrect or unusual
• Preparing basic reports for the owner and CPA

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience with QuickBooks or similar software
• Is reliable and consistent with follow-through
• Is comfortable asking questions and speaking up when something seems off

We do not expect you to know everything, but we do expect accuracy, ownership, and a willingness to figure things out.

This is an important role that helps keep the business running smoothly and provides clear financial visibility to the owner.
