Job Purpose
This is a job as bookkeeper for one of our clients. Our client is owner of several entities , primarily with the car export industry.
They need in house full charge bookkeeper to manage all books and serve a liaison to local CPA.
Key Responsibilities
Take lead for all bookkeeping services.
Ensure all clients expectations for accounting services are met.
Work on QuickBooks Online.
Work with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Prepare month end, year-end, and other financial reports for clients.
Making sure there is an accurate record of the financial transactions.
Assist tax preparer with tax filing for individual clients.
Assist owner with all ad-hoc requests.
Job-Requirements: skills, competencies, experience
- High school diploma required.
Fluent English, oral and written skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks online.
- Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
- Driven, resilient, trusted and forward-thinking.
