  • Communicate professionally with clients when information or clarification is needed

  • At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals, including reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
  • Comfortable researching discrepancies and solving problems independently

  • Payroll experience
  • Experience working in a bookkeeping, accounting, or professional services firm
  • Experience with construction, job costing, or project-based accounting
  • Accounting or bookkeeping degree/certification

Who Will Do Well Here

You may be a great fit if you are the kind of person who:

  • Notices when something doesn't look right and investigates it
  • Keeps track of details without needing constant reminders
  • Communicates when you're stuck instead of letting a problem sit
  • Can move between several tasks while staying organized
  • Takes deadlines seriously
  • Enjoys learning and becoming better at what you do
  • Wants to be part of a small, professional team where your work matters
