Schedule: 6:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Summary
StaffPro Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced, bilingual Safety Technician to develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs. This position is responsible for promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and procedures.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and daily operations to identify potential safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide regular safety training and guidance to employees.
- Identify and help prevent risks involving hazardous materials, workplace accidents, fires, and other unsafe conditions.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine their root causes.
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, inspection reports, and incident records.
- Communicate safety concerns and recommendations clearly to employees and management.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and operational leadership.
Requirements
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and flexible overtime as needed.
