Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it's properly protected. Some specific duties include: Assist customers with the financing of their purchases while presenting them with all products and options that will maximize their experience Supervise the sales team to ensure and they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis to solicit new customers Must have a thorough knowledge and enforce the dealership's sales process Expert at Guaranteed Credit Approval (CAC), AutoTrakk, and all other finance programs Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals Review, manage, and update customer database as required for the Sales Team Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts Promote the success of the dealership and sales team Strictly adhere to and enforce dealership policies, processes, procedures, and core values What we are looking for: Previous F&I management experience highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional appearance Goal oriented, superior attention to detail and problem solving abilities
